Afro-regular is quite a LARGE cap. It is 11.4 inches (29cm) when flat and suitable for long and high volume braids and locs reaching lower back and longer, depending on volume.

IF your hair or extensions are shorter than the above description, this cap will be too BIG for you and you likely need afro-midi. Please check it as an option.
